Just a few of the services we offer...
Electric Hand Tools
Our expert technicians can fix many brands of handheld power tools and also outdoor power equipment and breath life into your old tools.
All tools will be charged an initial diagnostic fee. Once the tools have been diagnosed if the repair is approved this will be applied to the cost of the repair. Assembled unrepaired tools are unsafe and potentially dangerous. Any tools left not picked up 60 days from the date of the diagnostic or completion of the tool will be considered abandoned and will be recycled accordingly.
If warranty work is needed, please contact us with brand and model number prior to sending in your tool/equipment
Torque Wrench Certs and Repairs
We test many different brands of torque wrenches as well as torque multipliers.
Should I wind my Torque Wrench Back to Zero?
For those looking for a simple answer to the question posed, the default period of use between recalibrations is 5000 cycles or 12 months. However, the standard recognizes that many businesses will have their own procedures for the control of test devices and, as a torque wrench can be considered a test device, a company’s own procedures must take precedence over the default 5000 cycles/12 months.
We are able to calibrate all types of torque equipment to manufacturer standards, giving you the confidence to know that your device is generating accurate measurements each and every time you use it.
It is important to regularly ensure that your torque devices are displaying accurate results, and performing the calibration process makes sure that the readings of your device are accurate to a set standard. Our team is able to assess a large selection of torque equipment and make adjustments as necessary to revert the equipment back to the standard measurement range. If calibration isn’t performed, general wear and tear can have an effect on the internal workings of the device, ultimately leading to incorrect readings every time the torque device is used.
Lifting Certs and Repairs
Equipment Type: Chain Fall | Inspection Frequency Required: Annual | Primary Governing Body: ANSI
We repair manual, electric, lever, and pneumatic chain hoists as well as cable pullers up to 15 tons, pick-up and delivery can be arranged. We can also re-certify your hoists and pullers in compliance with OSHA regulations.
Hoist Maintenance and Inspection
Chain hoists are durable and long lasting. The only regular maintenance is inspection, cleaning and lubricating. Chains should be kept clean and rust free. There are only a few bearing points that require oiling but these often require dismantling the hoist. Depending on the use we recommend this should be done annually. Since these devices have gears it is important to keep them clean and grit/sand free. To clean the gears requires dismantling and afterward greased with appropriate lube. Afterward, we load test them and supply you with a certificate that you will need for any health and safety inspections and supply you with a warning tag.
